• We may rate limit, block, or suspend access to protect reliability.

Outputs and responsibility

• Tools are provided “as is” without warranties.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy and compliance.
• Do not rely on outputs as professional advice (legal/medical/financial).

Plans and billing

• FREE plan includes daily limits.
• Paid plans (BASIC/PLUS) increase limits; PLUS enables exports.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (where enabled).

Intellectual property

You retain rights to your input content. TXTNIMBLE retains rights to the website and underlying software.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TXTNIMBLE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
